260g packet frozen Birds Eye Seasoned Barramundi - Lemon & Cracked Pepper
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
½ cup macadamia nuts, lightly chopped
Butter lettuce leaves
Lemon halves, for serving

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Seasoned Barramundi following pan-fry packet directions.

step 2

Arrange butter lettuce leaves on a serving plate, top with orange and kiwi slices and cooked fish. Sprinkle with macadamia nuts and serve with pan-fried lemon halves.

Remove cooked fish from pan and place lemon halves into pan cut side down and cook until caramelized.
