ingredients

½ small cabbage (600g)
420g can Edgell Corn Kernels, drained
1 carrot cut into thin strips or grated
2 spring onions, finely sliced
2/3 cup coleslaw dressing

instructions

step 1

Finely shred cabbage (approx 6 cups) and place in a large bowl.

step 2

Stir through drained Edgell Corn Kernels, carrot strips, spring onions and dressing and serve.
