ingredients

2 pieces grilling steak
85g can John West Smoked Oysters in Barbecue Sauce, drained and reserve sauce
6-8 cherry tomatoes
¼ finely sliced red onion
½ small cucumber, thinly sliced
1 cup rocket leaves

instructions

step 1

Season steak with cracked black pepper and cook on a preheated oiled BBQ or pan-fry until cooked as desired.

step 2

Combine cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, rocket and John West Smoked Oysters tossing lightly.

step 3

Serve steak drizzled with reserved sauce and topped with Smoked Oyster mixture.
