A delicious breakfast for any time of year which tastes even better when made ahead of time.

ingredients

1 cup untoasted muesli
2 x 200g tubs vanilla yoghurt
2 apples, peeled and coarsely grated
170g can John West Passionfruit Pulp in Syrup
¼ cup chopped, toasted macadamia nuts
Sliced white or yellow peaches and blackberries for serving

instructions

step 1

Combine untoasted muesli, vanilla yoghurt, grated apples and John West Passionfruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 1 hour.

step 2

Spoon into serving dishes, top with sliced peaches and blackberries. Sprinkle with toasted macadamia nuts and serve.

  • Low fat, or no fat yogurt can be used.

  • Macadamia nuts can be substituted with toasted slivered almonds.
