| 1 cup untoasted muesli 2 x 200g tubs vanilla yoghurt 2 apples, peeled and coarsely grated 170g can John West Passionfruit Pulp in Syrup ¼ cup chopped, toasted macadamia nuts Sliced white or yellow peaches and blackberries for serving |
Combine untoasted muesli, vanilla yoghurt, grated apples and John West Passionfruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 1 hour.
Spoon into serving dishes, top with sliced peaches and blackberries. Sprinkle with toasted macadamia nuts and serve.
