2 teaspoons peanut oil
400g shelled green prawns
600g packet frozen Birds Eye Create-a-Meal Thai Green Curry
Juice of 1 lime
Coriander for serving

instructions

step 1

Heat oil in a wok or non-stick frypan, cook prawns for 2 minutes or until changed in colour.

step 2

Add frozen Birds Eye Create-a-Meal, continue cooking following packet directions.

step 3

Stir in lime juice and garnish with coriander.
