ingredients

300g diced skinless chicken thigh fillets
600g packet frozen Birds Eye Create a Meal - Thai Green Curry
260ml can light coconut milk
2 cups water
220g prepared Hokkien noodles
1/2 cup chopped coriander

instructions

step 1

Lightly spray a non-stick wok or frypan with oil, add diced chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes or until browned.

step 2

Add frozen Birds Eye Create a Meal vegetables and sauce, coconut milk and water. Bring to the boil, cover with lid and simmer for 5 minutes.

step 3

Stir in noodles and coriander, heat through and serve.
