Thread each chicken tenderloin onto short bamboo skewers. Very lightly dust with Chinese five spice. Cook in a non-stick pan for 1 minute on each side to brown.
Add the contents of frozen Birds Eye Create-a-Meal sauce pouch and 2 tablespoons water. Stir until sauce melts, cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken sticks from sauce and set aside.
Add frozen Create-a-Meal vegetables to sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes. Place cooked vegetables on a serving plate, arrange chicken sticks on top and serve with crunchy noodles and lime wedges.
Chicken drumettes or ribs could also be cooked this way.
