2 pork cutlets
600g packet frozen Birds Eye Create-a-Meal  Black Bean
Spring onion for garnish

instructions

step 1

Cook pork cutlets in a non-stick pan for 7 minutes on each side.

step 2

Add the contents of frozen Birds Eye Create-a-Meal sauce pouch and 2 tablespoons water. Stir until sauce melts, cook for 2 minutes or until pork is cooked through. Remove from sauce and set aside.

step 3

Add frozen Create-a-Meal vegetables to sauce and cook for 4-5 minutes. Place cooked vegetables on serving plates, and top with a pork cutlet. Garnish with spring onion.
