Absolutely divinely decadent brownies that can't be resisted!
| 180g butter 2 cups caster sugar 4 eggs, lightly beaten ¾ cup cocoa ¾ cup plain flour 250g packet white chocolate dots |
Place butter and caster sugar into a saucepan and stir over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes until thick and syrupy Set aside to cool
Stir beaten eggs into cooled butter mixture. Sift cocoa and plain flour together and add to pan mixing well. Stir through the chocolate dots and pour into a baking paper lined 18 x 28cm shallow slice pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 50-55 minutes. When cooked, cool in pan.
Cut brownie into 16 squares and store in an airtight container in refrigerator. To give as a gift; place brownies into a decorative box and tie with a ribbon.
