185g can John West Tuna & Beans - Roasted Capsicum & Three Beans
1 tomato, peeled & chopped
½ cup baby spinach leaves
½ sheet frozen puff pastry thawed and cut in half

instructions

step 1

Combine John West Tuna & Beans, chopped tomato and baby spinach leaves; place into 2 x 1 cup ovenproof pots.

step 2

Place a puff pastry square over each pot and brush lightly with milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 15 minutes.
