ingredients

500g packet frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest - Carrot, Cauliflower, Broccoli & Sugar Snap Peas
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon curry powder
125g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest Carrot, Cauliflower, Broccoli & Sugar Snap Peas following packet directions and drain into a colander.

step 2

Add butter to saucepan and melt. Add curry powder and cook for 30 seconds. Return cooked vegetables to saucepan and stir in drained Edgell Chick Peas tossing to combine.
