Here's a new twist on a burger using chicken mince and mango chutney.
| 400g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained 500g lean chicken mince 2 tablespoons mango chutney 2 spring onions, chopped 2 teaspoons curry powder |
Roughly chop drained Edgell Chick Peas. Combine with chicken mince, mango chutney, spring onions and curry powder.
Using wet hands shape into 8 patties. Pan-fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked.
Serve burgers topped with extra mango chutney and diced cucumber.
Serve as a plated meal with a salad or as a light meal in burger buns.
