480g packet frozen Birds Eye Homestyle Fish Cakes - Lemon Pepper


Salsa:
3/4 cup natural yoghurt
1 small apple, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons finely chopped mint
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
2 teaspoons lemon juice

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Fish Cakes following packet directions.

step 2

Combine remaining Salsa ingredients and spoon onto cooked fish cakes.
