ingredients

375g spiral pasta
200g can John West Smoked Kipper Fillets in Brine, undrained
1/2 red capsicum, finely diced
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup shredded basil leaves

instructions

step 1

Cook spiral pasta following packet directions, drain and return to hot saucepan.

step 2

Gently stir in undrained John West Smoked Kipper Fillets, capsicum, spinach and basil, return saucepan to heat, stirring for 1 minute or until heated through.
