| 3 rashers bacon, cut into 4 strips 85g can John West Smoked Oysters in Oil, drained Tomato salsa for dipping |
Wrap each piece of bacon around each drained John West Smoked Oyster and secure with a toothpick.
Place onto a baking tray and place under a preheated grill for 4 minutes turning half way. Serve with tomato salsa.
