| 125g can John West Mackerel Fillets in Brine, drained & flaked 420g can Edgell Mixed Vegetables, drained ½ teaspoon dried dill Ground pepper 3 sheets ready made puff pastry 1 small egg |
In a bowl combine John West Mackerel Fillets, Edgell Mixed Vegetables, dill and pepper to taste.
Cut 4 rounds from each sheet of pastry using a 10-12cm round cutter. Place a spoonful of mixture onto the center of each round, pinch edges together to seal.
Place on a paper lined baking tray and lightly brush with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
Cut larger rounds of pastry to make individual sized pasties. Add ? cup grated tasty cheese to vegetable mixture.
