ingredients

250g fresh fettuccine or tagliatelle
½ x 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest - Peas & Supersweet Corn
170g can crab meat, drained
1 small red chilli, finely shredded
2 tablespoons light cream
Finely grated rind and juice of 1 lime

instructions

step 1

Cook fettuccine following packet directions, add frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest vegetables for the last 2 minutes of cooking.

step 2

Drain pasta, peas & corn and return to pan, add all other ingredients. Gently toss to heat through and serve immediately.
