85g can John West Smoked Oysters in Barbecue Sauce, drained
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Freshly ground black pepper

instructions

step 1

In a small bowl combine John West Smoked Oysters, tomatoes, basil and season with freshly ground pepper.

step 2

Arrange mixture onto an antipasto platter and serve with bread or crackers.
