Steamed Salmon, Beans & Asparagus

ingredients

270g packet frozen Birds Eye Ocean Select Atlantic Salmon -Lemon Pepper
1 cup frozen Birds Eye Baby Beans
1 bunch asparagus
1 teaspoon butter
Cracked pepper
Lemon wedges for serving

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Ocean Select Atlantic Salmon - Lemon Pepper following packet directions for steaming.

step 2

Add frozen Birds Eye Baby Beans and asparagus to the steamer or the pan of boiling water during last 4 minutes of cooking the fish.

step 3

Drain the vegetables and return to pan, add butter and stir until melted. Season to taste with black pepper. Place onto serving plates, top with a piece of fish and garnish with lemon wedges.
