Moroccan Chick Pea & Vegetable Soup

On a cold winters day there is nothing better to warm you up than a bowl of hot soup.

Moroccan Chick Pea & Vegetable Soup

ingredients

2 cups liquid chicken stock
1 small chicken breast fillet, diced
2 teaspoons mild Moroccan seasoning
2 cups frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest Mixed Vegetables
400g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained
Natural yoghurt for serving

instructions

step 1

Heat liquid stock in a medium saucepan, add chicken breast, Moroccan seasoning and frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest vegetables, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

step 2

Stir in drained Edgell Chick Peas and heat for 1-2 minutes. Serve with natural yoghurt.

Mild Mexican seasoning can be used instead of the Moroccan seasoning.
