Cream butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add sifted self-raising flour and custard powder and mix to a firm dough.
Taking a teaspoonful of mixture at a time, roll and place onto a greased baking tray. Press lightly with the back of a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.
Make butter cream by beating together butter, icing sugar and John West Passionfruit until light and fluffy. Join biscuits together with butter cream.
Use remaining John West Passionfruit spooned over icecream or fruit salad or add to fruit juices and smoothies.
