A super quick pasta dish for a delicious meal in a hurry.

ingredients

500g Penne pasta
575g jar Leggo's Pasta Sauce - Bolognese
8 thin slices spicy salami
75g fetta cheese cut into wedges
Fresh oregano leaves for garnish

instructions

step 1

Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain cooked pasta and return to saucepan with Leggo's Pasta Sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally or until heated through.

step 2

Gently toss salami and fetta cheese into pasta. Spoon into serving bowls and garnish with fresh oregano leaves.

Ricotta or crumbled fetta can be substituted for the round fetta cheese.
