| 500g Penne pasta 575g jar Leggo's Pasta Sauce - Bolognese 8 thin slices spicy salami 75g fetta cheese cut into wedges Fresh oregano leaves for garnish |
Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain cooked pasta and return to saucepan with Leggo's Pasta Sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally or until heated through.
Gently toss salami and fetta cheese into pasta. Spoon into serving bowls and garnish with fresh oregano leaves.
Ricotta or crumbled fetta can be substituted for the round fetta cheese.
