ingredients

750g can Edgell Tiny Taters, drained
425g can Edgell Asparagus Green Spears, drained
½ cup egg based mayonnaise
1 teaspoon seeded mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Red capsicum curls and 1 tablespoon toasted almonds for garnish

instructions

step 1

Arrange drained Edgell Tiny Taters and Edgell Asparagus onto 4 serving plates.

step 2

Combine, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice and spoon onto vegetables. Garnish with red capsicum curls and sprinkle with almonds.

To make capsicum curls, cut pieces of red capsicum into very fine strips and place into iced water for a few minutes.
