'Muddle' lime and sugar together in a cocktail shaker or tall jug. Stir in John West Passionfruit and Cointreau (do not remove lime pieces).
Place 4-5 ice cubes into 4 tumbler glasses. Evenly pour passionfruit mixture over ice. Top each drink up with lemonade and serve.
