Chicken and Corn Tacos

For a meal the whole family will love try this easy Mexican style dish!

Chicken and Corn Tacos

ingredients

2 skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into strips
2 teaspoons Mexican Seasoning
8 taco shells, heated
310g can Edgell Corn Kernels, drained
1 avocado, chopped
2 tomatoes, finely diced
½ cup light sour cream
Chives for garnish

instructions

step 1

Coat chicken strips in Mexican seasoning. Spray a frying pan with oil and heat; add chicken strips and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.

step 2

Fill heated Taco shells with cooked chicken, drained Edgell Corn Kernels, avocado and diced tomatoes. Top with sour cream and garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.

2 medium beef steaks (cut of choice) cut into strips, can also be substituted for the chicken.
