Spicy Turkish Lamb & Pinenut Breads

ingredients

500g Minced lamb
3 teaspoons Moroccan spice mix
2 tablespoons Leggo's Tomato Paste
1/3 cup pinenuts
Wedges of Turkish bread

instructions

step 1

Heat a frying pan and spray with oil. Add lamb mince and cook until golden brown.

step 2

Stir in Moroccan spice, Leggo's Tomato Paste, pinenuts and ¼ cup water and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

step 3

Spoon the mixture onto wedges of toasted Turkish bread.

  • Sprinkle with baby mint leaves and serve topped with your favourite tzatziki.
