| 2 cups penne pasta ½ x 1kg packet frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest - Spring Greens Mix 4 spring onions, chopped 2 cups cooked shredded BBQ chicken ½ cup light cream |
Cook penne pasta in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, cook frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest vegetables, following packet directions.
Drain pasta and set aside. Lightly spray pasta pan with oil, add spring onions and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add cooked spring vegetables, drained pasta, shredded roast chicken and cream. Gently stir until heated through.
Add 2 teaspoons seeded mustard with the cream and season well with salt and pepper.
