Creamy Pasta, Chicken & Spring Greens

ingredients

2 cups penne pasta
½ x 1kg packet frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest - Spring Greens Mix
4 spring onions, chopped
2 cups cooked shredded BBQ chicken
½ cup light cream

instructions

step 1

Cook penne pasta in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, cook frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest vegetables, following packet directions.

step 2

Drain pasta and set aside. Lightly spray pasta pan with oil, add spring onions and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add cooked spring vegetables, drained pasta, shredded roast chicken and cream. Gently stir until heated through.

Add 2 teaspoons seeded mustard with the cream and season well with salt and pepper.
