300g packet frozen I&J Crispy Battered Fish Fillet Fingers
1/3 cup prepared mayonnaise
3 teaspoons lemon juice
Carrot and cucumber ribbons
12 cos lettuce leaves, trimmed

instructions

Cook frozen I&J Crispy Battered Fish Fillet Fingers following packet directions.

step 2

Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice. Arrange cooked fish fingers, carrot and cucumber ribbons on lettuce leaves. Drizzle with lemon mayo and serve.
