| 4 lean pork chops 2 Granny Smith apples peeled and sliced 170g can John West Passionfruit Pulp in Syrup 1 tablespoon honey |
Spray a frying pan with oil and heat. Add pork chops and brown on both sides.
Arrange apple slices on top. Pour over the John West Passionfruit and drizzle with honey. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, turning chops twice throughout cooking time.
Serve with Edgell Instant Mash and vegetables of choice.
