ingredients

2 lemons, thinly sliced
2 oranges thinly sliced
1 lime thinly sliced
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup finely chopped fresh mint
½ cup white rum
170 ml can John West Passionfruit Pulp in Syrup
1.25 litre bottle dry ginger ale
1.25 litre bottle lemonade
Ice cubes

instructions

step 1

Place sliced lemons, oranges and lime slices into a punch bowl, sprinkle over sugar, mint and rum and bruise the fruit with a wooden spoon to extract the juices.

step 2

Add John West Passionfruit and just before serving pour over dry ginger ale, lemonade and ice cubes.

Omit rum to make this punch perfect for the whole family. If desired, cranberries can be used as a garnish.
