Combine Leggo's Tomato Paste, dried oregano, white wine and garlic.
Cut 3 shallow slashes into each chicken breast fillet, and brush with tomato paste mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked. Serve chicken cut into slices with cooked Birds Eye Steamed Fresh Vegetables.
The marinade is delicious brushed on beef steaks and then barbecued.
