400g chicken breast fillet cut into strips
2 tablespoons Leggo's Tomato Paste
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon water
Frozen Birds Eye Steam Fresh Vegetables of choice
Frozen Birds Eye Corn Cobs

instructions

step 1

Thread chicken strips onto 8 pre-soaked wooden skewers. Combine Leggo's Tomato Paste, garlic, ginger, honey and water; brush onto chicken skewers.

step 2

Grill or barbecue chicken until cooked. Serve chicken skewers with cooked Birds Eye Steam Fresh Vegetables and Birds Eye Corn Cobs.
