In a bowl combine beef mince, Leggo's Tomato Paste, spring onions, egg, breadcrumbs and herbs. Shape the mixture into 4 even sized burgers and pan fry or barbecue until cooked through.
Serve burgers in lettuce lined buns, top with pan fried mushrooms and onions. Garnish with sun-dried tomatoes.
