ingredients

½ punnet baby Roma tomatoes
400g can Edgell Butter Beans, drained
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
4 cups baby spinach leaves
¼ cup prepared balsamic dressing

instructions

step 1

In a large bowl gently toss together baby Roma tomatoes, drained Edgell Butter Beans, avocado and spinach leaves. Arrange salad onto serving plates.

step 2

Serve balsamic dressing with the salad.

Sprinkle ½ cup cooked bacon strips over salad on serving.
