| 4 medium washed potatoes Olive oil or butter 270g packet frozen Birds Eye Atlantic Salmon - Lemon Pepper Lemon wedges for serving |
Boil or steam potatoes for 10 minutes to partially cook, drain and allow to cool slightly.
Cut potatoes into chunky wedges and brush with oil or butter. Place onto a greased tray with frozen Birds Eye Atlantic Salmon portions.
Bake in a preheated oven 190°C for 30-35 minutes. Serve salmon and potatoes with a green salad.
Frozen Birds Eye Golden Crunch Wedges can be placed on the tray and cooked at the same time as the fish.
