170g can John West Passionfruit Pulp in Syrup
1 cup pineapple juice
270ml can coconut cream
100ml coconut rum
1 cup ice cubes
Toasted shredded coconut for garnish
Wedges of fresh pineapple for garnish

instructions

step 1

Place John West Passionfruit, pineapple juice, coconut cream, rum and ice cubes in a blender. Process until combined.

step 2

Pour "Coconut Passion" into four glasses and garnish with toasted coconut and pineapple.
