½ x 1kg packet frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest - Spring Greens Mix
6-8 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup fresh basil leaves

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest Vegetables following packet directions. Drain and return to hot saucepan.

step 2

Add tomatoes, lemon rind, juice and basil leaves tossing well.
