While preparing noodles, heat oil in a frying pan, add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add carrot, mushrooms, bok choy and snow peas, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add drained and flaked Ally Pink Salmon, prepared noodles and sweet chilli sauce. Heat through for 1-2 minutes, gently tossing all ingredients together.
