500g packet frozen Birds Eye Broccoli Florets, cooked following packet directions
1 tablespoon butter
Juice and grated rind of ½ lemon
Freshly ground black pepper

instructions

step 1

Melt butter in a small saucepan; add lemon juice, grated rind and black pepper to taste.

step 2

Place cooked Birds Eye Broccoli Florets into a heated serving dish and drizzle liberally with lemon butter mixture. Serve immediately.
