Aloha! Here's a real taste of Hawaii. Coleslaw with pineapple & every kid's favourite, Fish Fingers.

Fish Fingers with Hawaiian Coleslaw

ingredients

8 snow peas (50g), thinly sliced
225g can pineapple pieces, drained
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 rasher lean bacon, finely sliced and cooked
¼ red capsicum, de-seeded and thinly sliced
15 frozen Birds Eye Fish Fingers cooked following packet directions

instructions

step 1

Boil, steam or microwave snow peas until just tender, drain. Rinse under cold water; drain well.

step 2

In a large bowl combine snow peas, drained pineapple, cabbage, bacon and red capsicum and mix well. Arrange coleslaw onto serving plates and top with cooked Birds Eye Fish Fingers.
