Onion and Braised Steak Pies

ingredients

425g can Harvest Onion & Braised Steak
2 sheets frozen prepared butter puff pastry-semi thawed
Milk for brushing

instructions

step 1

Spoon Harvest Onion & Braised Steak into a greased 18cm pie plate. Place the 1 sheet pastry onto the other and use to cover pie.

step 2

Trim excess pastry with a sharp knife and cut a steam hole in the centre of the pie. Brush with milk and place onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.

To make individual pies, simply spoon Harvest into 2 oven proof pots. Use only 1 sheet of pastry and fold in half then cut into 2 pieces and cover pies as above. Reduce cooking time by 5 minutes.
