| 6 eggs 1 cup cream ½ cup milk 1 tablespoon plain flour 220g can Edgell Garden Peas, drained ½ cup chopped ham 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
Whisk eggs, cream, milk and flour in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Stir through drained Edgell Garden Peas, ham and parsley.
Pour mixture into a greased 12 cup medium muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until frittatas are firm.
For a cheesy flavour simply sprinkle with grated tasty cheese before baking.
