Cook spaghetti according to packet directions.
Meanwhile heat oil in a large frying pan, add garlic and spring onions and cook for 1-2 minutes or until tender.
Stir through spinach leaves, drained Edgell Sliced Green Beans, basil leaves and cream, cook for 2-3 minutes or until spinach has wilted.
Drain pasta well, add to sauce and toss through until well coated. Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Penne or small spiral pasta is also suitable to use for this dish.
