| 4 mini pizza bases 140g tub Leggo's Tomato Paste 1 small sweet potato, peeled and thinly sliced 215g can Edgell Sliced Green Beans, drained 1 cup grated tasty cheese |
Place pizza bases onto a baking tray. Spread each base with Leggo's Tomato Paste.
Lay slices of sweet potato evenly over pizza, top with drained Edgell Sliced Green Beans and cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and sweet potato is tender.
Thin slices of peeled pumpkin can be used as an alternative to sweet potato.
