| 750g can Edgell Tiny Taters, drained 410g can Edgell Baby Carrots, drained 8 cherry tomatoes 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 8 wooden skewers |
Alternately thread Edgell Tiny Taters, drained Edgell Baby Carrots and cherry tomatoes onto wooden skewers.
Place skewers on an oven tray; lightly sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place under a preheated grill on a medium high heat and cook for 5-8 minutes or until heated through.
Serve sprinkled with parsley as an accompaniment to meat.
Soak wooden skewers in water before threading with vegetables to prevent sticks from burning.
