Broccoli Tuna Bean Salad

Broccoli Tuna Bean Salad

ingredients

500g packet frozen Birds Eye Broccoli Florets
400g can Edgell Butter Beans, drained
10 cherry tomatoes
185g can John West Light Tuna in Springwater, drained
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons prepared low fat Italian dressing

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Broccoli Florets in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain then rinse in cold water. Drain again and allow to cool.

step 2

Place broccoli, drained Edgell Butter Beans, tomatoes, drained John West Tuna and parsley into a serving dish. Sprinkle with black pepper. Add dressing and gently toss the salad until well combined.
