| Spray oil ½ x 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Sliced Green Beans ½ cup frozen Birds Eye Chopped Onions 500g rump or fillet steak, sliced ½ cup tomato sauce ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons oyster sauce 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon corn flour 1 tablespoon water |
Spray a non stick wok or a large frying pan with oil and heat. Add frozen Birds Eye Sliced Green Beans and Birds Eye Chopped Onions; cook for 2-3 minutes or until beans and onion softens. Remove from wok.
Spray a wok or pan again with oil, heat, add beef and stir-fry until browned.
Mix the sauces and vinegar together. Dissolve corn flour in water and mix into sauces. Add to wok along with vegetables and stir until sauce thickens. Serve with cooked rice if desired.
Add a teaspoon of sugar to sauce if too sharp.
