| ¼ cup creme fraiche or sour cream 1 teaspoon grated lime rind 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (dill, chives, parsley, oregano) 10 fresh white asparagus spears, blanched |
In a frying pan, gently stir together créme fraiche, lime rind and herbs and heat on medium for 30 seconds.
Add white asparagus and cook stirring gently for one minute.
Serve as a side dish with grilled chicken or fish.
