Cook Birds Eye Oven Roast Vegetables following packet directions. Open out each thigh fillet and place 2 bay leaves in each. Fold over and thread onto skewers.
Spray heated barbecue with oil, place chicken onto barbecue and cook for 10 minutes on each side. Serve chicken with cooked vegetables.
If bay leaves are not available fresh basil leaves can be used.
