ingredients

425g packet frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Crumbed Fish Fillets - Original
500g packet frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest - Carrot, Cauliflower, Broccoli & Sugar Snap Peas
300g fresh chow mein noodles
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons sweet chilli sauce

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Fish Fillets and Birds Eye Country Harvest vegetables following packet directions.

step 2

Meanwhile cook noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until tender, drain and return to hot saucepan. Add cooked drained vegetables, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce, tossing well.

step 3

Serve cooked fish with vegetable and noodles. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Hokkien noodles can be used instead of chow mein noodles.
